About

Adapting and building on the web for over two decades.

What began as a hobby in 1999 officially became 3RWebDesign in 2001. Since then, I’ve evolved alongside the web — from early tools to today’s powerful platforms — driven by a passion for the unique challenge each new project brings. I love working with small businesses and entrepreneurs who value a direct partnership built on honesty, creativity, quality, and exceptional service.

Rufo E. Reyes

Owner & Lead Designer

I’ve been designing websites since the days of dial-up. My journey in tech began with assembling computers, but I quickly fell in love with the creative and business-building power of the web. As a self-taught designer, what I enjoy most hasn’t changed: seeing a client’s business thrive because of a site I built.

I’ve intentionally kept my studio as a one-person operation. This allows me to work directly with every client and maintain full control over the quality of the final product.

When I’m not at my desk, I’m a proud father who enjoys spending time on the water. To ensure my clients get a complete, seamless experience, I also run 3RSiteCare.com, a dedicated hosting company that keeps the websites we create fast, secure, and reliable.

Fun Facts

My first computer was a 486. For those who don’t remember, that’s from the era of floppy disks and dial-up modems. I built it myself, and it’s what sparked my lifelong passion for technology.

Long before today’s powerful platforms, my first big coding project was a simple HTML site that helped people find car parts by year, make, and model. I’ve been obsessed with building things that solve real problems ever since.

I’m a relentless problem-solver. Whether it’s a complex coding issue or a car that won’t start, I love the challenge of figuring out how things work—and, more importantly, how to fix them.

When I’m not online, you’ll usually find me by the water—relaxing at the lake, taking cruises, or planning my next trip. One of the most unforgettable was Japan, where I fell in love with the food, culture, tech, and nature. I’m definitely going back.

My proudest dad moment was realizing my kids’ computer skills were starting to surpass my own in some areas. The tech torch has officially been passed.
